Meet the BoardWho We Are
Lampousa Cypriot American Association is a vibrant community organization celebrating 89 years of preserving Greek Cypriot heritage in America. Founded in 1937, we are a proud member of the Cyprus Federation of America.
Our name "Lampousa" comes from the ancient city on the northern coast of Cyprus, symbolizing our deep connection to our ancestral homeland and our commitment to keeping its memory alive.
We bring together Greek Cypriots and friends of Cyprus through cultural events, educational programs for our youth, and community support initiatives.

Community Support
Support our members and Cypriots in need with economic and moral assistance during challenging times.
Freedom for Cyprus
Advocate for freedom of all Turkish occupied areas of Cyprus, in coordination with the Cyprus Federation and PSEKA.
Cultural Program for Youth
Our highlight remains the cultural program for our children featuring Cypriot folkloric dancing, lessons in Cypriot history and geography, and educational day trips.
The program is free for member families, including pizza lunch at every dance lesson! Special thanks to Dr. Eliana Antoniou, our cultural program director, for inspiring our children to embrace and learn our Cypriot roots.
We believe in our responsibility to educate our children about our rich Greek Cypriot heritage, customs, and the unjust Turkish invasion and occupation of our land.
